Advice off the pill?
Hey team,
For context - I’ve been on the pill for 9 years, since I was 16 years old. The last 7 years I’ve been taking the mini pill.
I have ADHD, and my lack of planning skills combined with having a hectic personal life recently, have led to me running out of the pills. I forgot to book an appointment with my doctor for a new script. I’ve exhausted all options, and have had no luck in sourcing any. I won’t be able to speak to a doctor until Wednesday 9 October.
I took my last pill on Thursday 3 October. That means it’ll be almost a full week without it by the time I can speak to my doctor. It’s currently the very early hours of Sunday 6 October, and I’m awake with cramps.
Can anyone please give any info as to what I’m in for the next few days?
