What kind of rash is this???

My daughter is 10 months old she has this rash that come and goes. It will pop up for a day or two then won’t come back for weeks. It’s in the same spot every time.

My daughter had this and at the same age.. turns out.. it was an allergy.

Do you use any lotions? My son sometimes would get dryness on his chest that would go away after I used lotion on him. It looked like a rash but it was just dry. Kind of similar- responded well to using a lotion. I also tried to cut back on his dairy intake as I noticed (at the time) he was eating lots of cheese and crackers, and yogurt. I’ve reintroduced those foods and the rash/dry/redness hadn’t come back, but he does still get a bit itchy around his neck.. again it responds pretty well to the unscented lotion brand pipette. 
If you’re concerned tho and it keeps coming up you could take her to your doctor. Mine said it wasn’t the milk products but I cut them back anyways. 🤷‍♀️
If it seems to be itchy for them I would get them over to the doctors for a second opinion.
