I need your opinion

So a little info, I am 6 days late and have had pretty consistent periods even though I am on the pill. I have never missed or been late taking it either. My period started on the 10th last month. I noticed my breast are a little tender but nothing else like I did with my son. I’m gonna wait and see what happens over the next few days and test again but this is this mornings test and I made sure to take pictures with in five minutes of taking the test.
