Baby poop concern

My 5 month old 100% breastfed baby has been extra fussy for 2 days. This is her first bowel movement since then. Sometimes she will go a day or so in between going, so this wasn’t unusual for her. No new foods I’ve had. It almost looks dry and pasty, and brown which she’s never had . I changed her immediately after she went and this is how it looked

Any insight?

I should add, it smelt very strong, like really bad. I could tell something was off before I even saw the diaper
