Help mamas ☹️

Hi mamas! My third baby.. she’s 6 months on the 23rd. Yesterday I noticed she had a white on her gums (first picture) where her tooth would come out. And today I noticed it’s on the roof of her mouth/ back molars still at the front gums.

She’s absolutely miserable!! Can’t even put her down. I’ve tried to wipe if off but I haven’t noticed anything comes off.

What could this be?! I’m at a loss for words. Her appetite has changed, she’s not interested in drinking much, her attitude has changed and constantly crying no matter how I try to comfort and what would normally work.

Edit: it was early thrush! Baby girl had meds and all cleared now!
