Partner masterbating beside me

So, my partner woke me a bit before he left for work this morning to try initiate sex but I was so tired that I turned him down and tried to go back to sleep. Then I think he masterbated beside me as I could tell by his breathing and could feel the motion. I’m not 100% sure if he did though. Anyways this is the first time this has happened where I have noticed him doing that in bed beside me. I’m not upset or anything as he did try to come to me first and I said no. But I kind of liked it😂 he acted really weird with me when I woke up to his alarm to get ready and I can tell he maybe had that ‘post nut embarrassment’ that he’s told me he gets sometimes, but I just want him to know I really didn’t care. But he is the sort of person that if I were to bring it up and say I knew what he did, he would get all awkward and probably never do it again. How do I say to him I don’t mind that he did that and I also kind of liked it? I know it’s a bit weird but I’ve always really enjoyed when guys get themselves off. I just don’t want to mention it and make him feel awkward, embarrassed or make it that he never does it again and feels bad. But also, I like the thought that if one another turns each other down we can sort ourselves out in the comfort of our bed as opposed to either waiting for private time or doing it some place else in the house. Any thoughts?
