Need some opinions

Hello ladies, today has been a roller coaster! I'm 12 weeks pregnant. Woke up this morning and couldn't keep anything down until around 4pm. Been hot and cold all day. Now I'm having pain in my right side by my belly button that I can hardly stand. It hurts to move, walk, or even to touch my stomach. My husband has been sick for about three days now with cold/flu symptoms. My midwife said if I couldn't keep anything down tonight to go to the hospital and get an IV. I've kept some food and gatorade down. What should I do with this pain??
