Gut Feelings

Did anyone experience infertility and then feel strong about a certain cycle and end up pregnant that cycle?

My husband and I have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility. We “didn’t prevent” for a couple years, and have been actively trying a couple years. I’m supposed to ovulate in two days. I don’t know what it is, but I feel realllllllly good about this cycle. I’ve never had this feeling, but something in my gut says that it’s going to happen for us this time.

Anyone experience similar feelings / circumstances?
