Possible Implantation ??

Hello ladies - I wanted to get some help from those who have experienced a miscarriage and a pregnancy after. I miscarried on Nov 1 at 8 weeks and 1 day. On Nov 17 I have a strong feeling that I ovulated. I had all the normal signs when I ovulated…. Cramping on one side lower back pain and the egg white discharge. At what I believe was 8dpo I had a weird “symptom” of really bad dry mouth and no amount of water would quench my thirst. At 9dpo I had a “symptom” of almost like vertigo/dizziness but it was a quick little “spell”. I am 10dpo today and tonight I went to the bathroom to go pee and when I wiped there was very light pink spotting. Could this be implantation bleeding? I’ve never experienced implantation before so I’m not sure what to look for. Today I also have lower back pain, cramping and a twingy/tingling feeling on my right side. I am attaching a photo of what it looked like to help show what I saw.
