High AMH and High AFC

I am now 36yo. Became pregnant with my first just 2yrs ago without any trouble. I have started all the work up for fertility and I have an AMH of 6.4 and an AFC of 47.

I have no symptoms of PCOS, all of my other hormones resulted normal, and I seem to ovulate every cycle.

My question to those with a similar issue: what were some treatment options? I fear Clomid/Letrozole would also be risky in chancing a pregnancy with septuplets (😂). But also would just be so grateful to become pregnant.

My follow up appointment isn’t for another month so I am trying not to stress over everything
