Is there a nub at 15 weeks still?

I am exactly 15 weeks, and on todays ultrasound I asked the doctor if the gender is showing. Doctor said it’s too early to tell, and just zoomed in from the side for a few seconds. She didn’t say anything. There was a little nub poking out, but didn’t really look ”penis like”. It was pointing a little downward, so I’m confused. On an earlier ultrasound we both saw three lines on the potty shot, but today she didn’t do a potty shot, just the quick side view. And I thought I saw three lines when baby moved a bit. But, to my question. Was it a ”girl nub”, or was it a penis??

Edit: she didn’t want to even try, just showed from the side that there was a small nub/penis. My question is, at 15 weeks, is it considered a nub, or was it definitlwy a penis?
