Business question.

I just opened a business 4 months ago and sales have just been steady. Meaning im making just enough to pay rent for the space. I feel like I’ve failed my family because I couldn’t keep it going but I tried my ass off to makes sales and now I’m becoming drained. Luckily I kept my full time job and didn’t quit once I started. Any advice on how to get out of the lease? Does it go on my credit?
