He’s not circumcised

No need to get judgy on here or anything, just some genuine questions. He mentioned he’s not circumcised and I’ve never been with, let alone seen one in real life. Does it still feel the same? Is it hard to give oral if they have the extra skin or are they able to roll it back? If so, does it stay rolled back? Can infections happen due to the extra skin? Again, all genuine questions.
