I tested negative today but I have NEVER had a rise in my temp like that. I don’t have any symptoms of sickness and my temp is still in range to where it’s nowhere close to a fever.

It looks like you may have barely ovulated on CD 22 need a few temps to confirm. Whatever date you have pinned as ovulation doesn't follow the ovulation pattern. 3 temps higher than the previous 6.

Yeah based on BBT you may have just ovulated cd22. What blood work did they do to confirm ovulation?
