Worried about quick active movements during tww

Sometimes I tend to sprint quickly around the house or I jump or I spin myself in one of the spinning chairs I have just while I’m idly on my phone. I keep overthinking about what could be causing the increased length of time trying to conceive my 2nd child. And now I’m stressing about little things like what if I shouldn’t be jumping up and down or running around and spinning.

So I’m just wondering if doing these movements are ok during the tww? I’m just afraid of doing something that’ll cause me to get another bfn this is the hardest process ever I wouldn’t wish this on anyone ;/
