Bv treatment

I recently used to gel treatment for bv and my symptoms are kind of “worst” in a way only different is I don’t have the itching no more but the treatment is causing me to have extremely thick clumpy white discharge with a little blood but I believe the blood might be coming from the parts I was itching in had scratches at also today was my last day but it still very irritated to touch like when I wipe, especially after using the treatment. Is this normal?
