Ok so we hired a babysitter to watch our kids at home 5 days a week for half days. At first it was great. She was attentive to our kids and even pitched in with housework which I didnt ask for. Then recently she spends SO MUCH TIME ON HER PHONE. or doing her own thing. Like not even really paying attention to my kids, and my youngest is 1... I only know this because I have cameras (that she knows I have and they are obvious) which I only started checking after I came home the last week and the house was trashed. Then one day my oldest was home too with them and he said the baby fell and the sitter hadnt told me....This made me so upset. Im just feeling stuck because I dont have anyone else. We pay her good for what we ask for (literally just feed the kids and play/interact with them)and at first it was great and now I feel like I need to find someone else but there is no one. Advice? Im afraid to say something and then have her quit on the spot. Anyone deal with something similar?
