37 weeks and bleeding?!?

Help! 37 weeks pregnant and I wiped and saw this!!!! I’m not in pain!
Trying not to freak out I’ve been a little crampy this afternoon but nothing to crazy. I was just uncomfortable. 
I’m treating a yeast infection as well and when I stuck the Monistat syringe up there, it was bloody too when it came out!! 
Should I call my dr???? Has any other mamma experienced this??

Nope. Get checked. That happened to me when i was 38w and turned out my water was leaking

This happened with my first and it was my bloody show. I was almost 40 weeks and I had my son the next day. It can be a sign that labor is starting!

I personally would just go to labor and delivery to get checked. With my first I had something like this (except was 35 weeks) and was 5 cm dilated. But I also had bleeding at 37 weeks with my second and still made it another week
