Severe bloating and brown cm today cd 12

I'm on CD12- have had more cm than usual since my period (milky white creamy ISH but not itchy or an infection just normal but heavier). Yesterday I had severe bloating and today a bit too. I bent to get my bag from the floor and screamed (sorry I am updating because it was more of a loud groan - it was that type of discomfort bloating feeling) in pain. I am a bit constipated as well and worried. My last period came on cd 23 which was a bit early and only lasted three days. I had brown discharge after the scream when I went to the loom what could be wrong with me? Help please xxx thank you
