Itchy nipples!! 😣😖 help

Omg! This is my second pregnancy and my first I never expierenced anything like this, for the past 3 days now my nipples have been so itchy I just want to tear them off. I'm 14 weeks 1 days today any ladies have any suggestions?! Please help.
