TTC after STI

Hi all, I recently went in for a Pap smear after being with my husband for 2 years, monogamous. I hadn’t had a Pap smear or sti test since 4 years ago so prior to us being together, one of us had contracted chlamydia & we just found out. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 8 months and so that’s why I went in to get checked. We’ve never had anything like this in the past. Also I do suffer from PCOS on top of it. Has anyone experienced this and after it cleared up, gotten pregnant? Has it affected them negatively? TIA
