Not even sure when I ovulated

I did not start my period back after having my baby until about 10 months PP July 5th. Since then my cycles have been off but getting closer to normal every month. Well last cycle it was only 2 days off and I started ovulating (or I thought I did) right on time. I would have ovulated 2 weeks ago this weekend. Leading into the week I thought I was done ovulating I started having the watery discharge again. My husband and I had sex and he came in me without knowing I didn’t know if I was ovulating or not. (We are not trying for a baby) I took a test today I would only be like 7-8 days PO and I swear I see a line.
