Normal or panic stations?

Is this normal? I’m currently 11dp5dt and got my BFP at day 7, my OTD isn’t until Wednesday and I started with brown stringy spotting when I wipe but I’ve just had this and some cramping on my left hand side but the red has set me into panic mode🙃 This is my second successful transfer after a MMC at 12 weeks back in June and I can’t go through another loss💔 Should I be worried or can it be normal? I’m currently on Cyclogest pessaries but am using them in the back passage to save cervical irritation🤷🏻‍♀️
