HELP! bug bite, rash or std? tmi swollen redness on side of labia

TMI sorry for the bush 😔my skin doesn’t like shavers so i don’t shave 😭 anywayssss

i woke up this morning with this redness and it’s a bit swollen and it doesn’t hurt but it’s tender to the touch?

not sure if it could of been a bug bite or just a rash from maybe my period pads? but i rarely get rashes from pads so idk, and then i’m paranoid abt what if it’s some kind of std and my bfs cheating or sum 😔😔 which i’m hoping isn’t the answer but if any of y’all think it looks like a certain std pls comment but pls help a girl out im stressin , again tmi for the pic, it’ll be pasted further down
