20w anatomy scan - fluid in bowel?

Has anyone experienced their baby having fluid in their bowel? And what came of it? My ultrasound tech couldn’t give me any information, said that a perinatologist would take a look and let me know if there was something to be concerned about. They also said baby is measuring like a week and a half behind his due date, but again when I asked if it was something to be worried about she said the perinatologist would let me know. She sent me on my way, I assume the perinatologist would give me a call with urgent information in the next week or two. I have a doctors appointment end of December but I’m so anxious with this information, I was hoping to hear of other stories. 🥲
