Would you call the office to have their car towed?
Me and my husband have 3 kids. My step son is 15 and the kids we have together are 10 and 7. My step son has CP and in a wheelchair. How our apartment works is each apartment gets an assigned parking spot based on their door number. If you have more than one car than the other car will go into guest parking. Problem is our assigned parking spot is farther away from our apartments and with having a wheelchair it makes things difficult if there isn't a guest parking spot close enough to the apartments. So I spoke to the office about it and to accommodate us they ended up giving us TWO parking spots. They turned one of the guest parking spots into a handicap parking spot near our building AND put our apartment number on it. We've had a couple issues with people parking there but they usually move when we tell them. However, one of my neighbors mothers always parks in our spot. She isn't handicap. She's never had a handicap tag on her car. Even if she did the parking isn't for me anyone who's handicap. Just my step son. I've left so many notes that this is an assigned parking spot and she never moves her car and just continues to park there. When you go up to the office about it they just have the car towed. I would feel bad to get their car towed but she continues to do this and by now knows what she's doing
