Pregnancy question

My BF and I had sex, with no protection (not on the pill either) he didn’t pull out completely in time, meaning some of his semen got inside.

Did the usual clean up and went to the bathroom afterwards, showered. Two hours later I got my period, which was expected and right on time within my cycle!

My question is, is there a chance of pregnancy at all seeing that he did partly finish inside? I know it wasn’t during my fertile window, making chances already less but I was just curious!
