HELP PLZ!

Okay so for reference I have been on the nexaplon implant for about 6 months. And my periods are sometimes irregular. Last month I got my period twice and now it’s almost 2 weeks late this month. My boobs have gotten bigger. And I’m breaking out a little bit but that usually happens a week before my period. Should I still be concerned? I’ve had unprotected sex a few times but literally for like 20 seconds. Im so nervous. can someone please give me some insight? Thank You so much.
