I’ve had 2 scans, 7w2days, all looked good, and yesterday 7w5days all looked good, but today I’ve woke up with no nausea or any symptoms, I’m terrified my baby’s heart has stopped beating 😭 anyone had similar- I was so thankful to be feeling sick now that’s gone
