How can I help make my baby grow?

I had my anatomy scan at 21 weeks and my baby girl was only measuring in the 11 percentile. I went into my ob today, I'm now 24 weeks and my fundal height is only in the 22 week range. I have a growth scan on the 24 when I'll be 25 weeks. They're are concerned that she might dip into the 10th percentile. I was having a really hard time eating anything until about 10 days ago which i was finally able to put on a couple pounds. I've only gained 4 lbs this whole pregnancy. Is there anything I can do or eat to help my little girl grow?
