Smell

I need some help. I shower daily, wash down there with water. No matter what there is always a smell. I’m not sure if it’s me exactly or my underwear. I’m very self conscious of it and afraid every one else smells it. I understand if I’m sweating then I will smell down there but even just sitting around.

I work in a hospital so if anyone has any recommendations I would appreciate that also!
