Good morning what’s to use to treat this little red bumps on my baby face that they call baby acne

My baby didnt have acne, but i used breastmilk for everuthing, feeding, for cradle cap, to moisturise his skin, to wipe his eyes. I even used it in my own hair and it actually made it feel better

Nothing. Leave it alone. It goes away faster if you don’t mess with it.
