Should I pick one or neither?

So I need advice picking who I should pursue or if shouldn’t at all. The first guy is the one I lost my virginity to, I’m very attached to him, and we’re not in contact as much or sometimes times no contact at all. The problem with him is that he says that he’s not ready for a relationship because he says for now he’s not in a state of being in one because he’s going through some things. He also says he don’t mind me talking to other Guys, but I do and he sees it, he starts to hint at the fact that he sees that I’m “entertaining other guys.” So I dont know how to go about him because I really like him but I feel like I need to stop putting with his crap.

For the second guy, we decided from the beginning or hinted at the fact that it’s just casual. He’s also my second body. We have great conversations, but he’s inconsistent with texting. I don’t know how much he’s into me, and I want to pursue more with him than just sex and sometimes talking. And I also feel like the first guy knows my body more than the second guy. So I don’t know what to do. Give me some advices😩
