Fellow ladies help

Please help me understand what is going on with my body. I am 29 years old,had a period last more than a month. Visited a gyna and got medication. Then had normal periods the following month that was November. Now my period is 11 days late, the past two weeks been having serious hot flashes,sex drive is insanely low and I do not lubricate. I am so scared to test coz I don’t feel pregnant, the disappointment is shaking me. Is it possible I’m going into early menopause?
