I regret my marriage so much. Weve been married for 5 years and have an 18 months old. We basically rarely have sex. Its been at least 6 months now. It used to bother me and i brought it up numerous times but now i dont even want it. Hes also a cyclical functional alcoholic. During the periods he drinks he has put his hands on me, called me the most vile names and had basically kicked me out for a night when my son was 8 weeks old. A month ago he binged on alcohol for 2 weeks and was basically just on the couch not helping with much. He apologizes perfusly after but i just cant look at him the same. Hes been great for the past month. Is this a normal marriage?
