Sex rollercoaster….

Does anyone else go through phases in their relationship where they just don’t desire sex? I love my boyfriend and our sexual relationship but like once a month or so I have to kind of muscle through it or simply just avoid it.

It’s hard to communicate because he is a guy lol which means he wants it all the time and takes it personal when I’m not jumping his bones but sometimes I honestly would rather cuddle or get a good nights sleep without feeling guilty for not wanting it.

I’m in that phase right now and I can see how it bothers him. It’s just hard to explain it! Am I the only one?
