Hey Ladies! Just need some reassurance tonight❤️

Lucia

So, I found out I was pregnant on December 26th. I am (according to this app) 4 weeks and 2 days as of today. I’m having pretty strong symptoms as well (you know the sore boobs, cramping, hormones going crazy, the whole nine lol) Previous to this, I suffered a loss at about 8 weeks over 2 years ago. With that pregnancy I had 0 symptoms until I started bleeding. I remember thinking in that moment when I found out I was miscarrying that I would never be able to get pregnant again and not have terrible anxiety and depression over the potential of losing a baby again. So with this pregnancy I’ve been testing with first response tests every night analyzing whether or not it’s getting slightly lighter. I feel like I’m driving myself insane. I went and got my first blood test two days ago through a private lab and my HCG was at 54. All is looking up right. Well, here’s the thing that has me extremely anxious and upset. Tomorrow I have my confirmation blood test, which will determine if my numbers are going up or not. With my last pregnancy after I went to get my second blood test, that same day I ended up in the ER because I was in so much pain and later that night I found out I was miscarrying. I know the idea of going tomorrow and then finding out the results Wednesday is triggering that anxiety and depression. I’m so scared to find out it’s gone down or too low since I got tested on Saturday. So my question is, for any of you ladies who have also suffered losses previously, what are some ways you have possibly found to just relieve some of that stress and anxiety as you’re going through your current pregnancy? Especially in the first trimester with it being less than a 50% chance of success the earlier you are. I really appreciate any advice given and I hope everyone is blessed with a healthy, safe pregnancy so far❤️❤️
