Baby #3 overthinking!

I need positive vibes and feedback if anyone else experienced something similar! I had been spotting since 12/15 and period was supposed to come 12/20 but my boobs were SO sore I ended up taking home pregnancy test on 12/19 and was positive. I continued to spot lightly on/off until 12/22. I had a blood test done on 12/20 as well and showed HCG level 75. From that I know I feel that’s pretty low.. and I’m freaking out. I took another pregnancy test yesterday both positive right away. Dr doesn’t seem at all worried about the spotting or the level of HCG and first nurse visit is 1/7 🤦🏽‍♀️
