Period question

Has anyone ever had a 3 day cycle where it only shows when wiping and it is the color of when you are about to start blood like pink blood?? I took a pregnancy test first morning urine today it was negative. I usually have 7 day periods so I am so confused/concerned. I was sick so maybe that threw off my cycle??
