Need reassurance!

Is there any mom out there getting constant yeast infections? I’ve never had one until I got pregnant this time with my second! I’m wearing cotton undies, changing them frequently, trying to keep it moist down there, of course only wash with water, I’m doing everything I can to try to take care of it and myself. Nothing works it goes away for a week or two maybe three, I treat it with monistat 7 each time. Nothing works please please tell me I’m not alone and for some this might be normal?!
