Help im so confused

My pd was 12/1/24 glow says i OV between 12/11-12/16 which i thought was a little early. I had alot of ewcm only on 12/21. I spotted on 12/31 had some light bleeding on 1/1 and literally 1 wipe of pale pink on 1/2 and very light pinching pains on my rt side.

I tested on 12/29 was negative but im confused because if i did OV on 12/21 was 1/1 a period or implantation bleeding & if so when should i re test. ?
