Someone help please.

Periods been all over since I had my depo injection in august.. ‘I didn’t go back’ but had two long periods when it ended and all of a sudden stopped didn’t have one in November at all. Started lightly bleeding on the 8th to the 11th & stopped on the 12th? I’ve still not had any period I’ve tried working my cycle out but it’s been all over could it be from the injection still or my body just getting back to normal?
