Cramping?

Hi ladies, just wondering if anyone has experience with lower back pain and period like cramps at around 22 weeks. My midwife has said it shouldn’t be anything to worry about but I’m slightly concerned as it’s been a couple of days now with not much helping.

I'm suffering from the same pain. It seems like a long as it isn't consistent back to back 10 min apart, have high blood pressure, bleeding, or my water hasn't broken the Dr's aren't worried about it. I was told it's practice contractions, these are no braxton hicks. So I'm just monitoring myself and if I feel off I'm heading to the er. I also make sure I'm hydrated with electrolyte water because dehydration can also cause contraction pain.

Yes you can cramp your whole pregnancy. It's most likely your uterus growing, your uterus grows until you give birth as your baby grows and will cause cramping and lower back pain the whole pregnancy
