Light Pink Spotting at 4 weeks (TMI)

Has anyone experienced light pink spotting when wiping after using the bathroom? I have been going to the restroom (#1 & #2) a lot more frequently than usual and sometimes afterwards when I wipe my vagina I see light pink blood mixed with discharge. Also I have had mild lower back cramps off and on for a few days. I had a miscarriage in September at around 3-4 weeks so I and very nervous. Anyway I can't get to a doc until Monday and its just Saturday so I was just wondering what the end result was for someone who may have experienced this already.
