Need some reassurance
I’m 10weeks 1 day pregnant and all my symptoms have gone completely I’m just worried that I’m going through a missed miscarriage or am I just being paranoid
I had a scan last week at 9 weeks 2 days baby was doing great and saw heartbeat!! X
