Pregnancy symptoms come and go? Thoughts?!

Hi everyone. I’m currently 6w3days pregnant. I had a miscarriage back in October around this time. But ended up pregnant again in December 🩷🌈 . I’ve had pregnancy symptoms nausea a little morning sickness and soar boobies. This morning was really unusual. Normally wake up very nauseous soar boobs etc. This morning was next to no symptoms and started to worry. No bleeding mind you. However this afternoon symptoms like nausea are mild and back. Has anyone experienced symptoms coming and going?? I took a test this morning to be sure and looks like a dye stealer so hoping everything is okay. Mamas let me know if you’ve experienced similarity. ❤️
