I really need advice (22F just had a miscarriage)

I had a misscarige and I had to take pills I been bleeding for two weeks but right away I started birth control Tuesday (the 14th) I forgot my pill until the night time and forgot the pill the day before Monday (the 13th) so I doubled and then today I took my pill and a plan b the next day. Do you think I could be pregnant. I was experiencing a lot of clear some what bloody discharge I think from my miscarriage… do you think I could have ovulated.
