I just wanted to introduce myself!
Hi ladies! I'm Crissy. I'm 25, and my husband is 29. We've been together for six years, been TTC for five, and married for one.
I first got pregnant in May 2011. It took us six months to get pregnant. I started bleeding the day I found out. I had a subchorionic hemorrhage and was put on bedrest. I had weekly scans, so I saw my baby grow. Then, at 9w5d I went to the ER with severe bleeding and cramping. I lost my baby the next day.
I got pregnant again in May 2013, almost two years to the day of my first. We were actively TTC the entire time. I also had a miscarriage with this one.
December 2014 I found out I was pregnant again. This time, I had three rounds of 50mg Clomid, and one 100mg Clomid. The 100mg worked. First of the year, we found out I lost that baby too.
I took some time off. I have PTSD from going through all of this. I've always had anxiety and depression and all of this didn't help. I saw a therapist and got myself on track.
I had some testing done. The tissue they collected from my D&C didn't grow enough to get any information. I had a slew of blood work done. I have MTHFR and PCOS. My husband and I were both checked for chromosomal abnormalities, and thankfully we both were normal there. My new doctor has me taking baby aspirin, metformin 500mg, and prenatal vitamins daily. I'm back on clomid, but she started me on 50mg. I kinda wish she would have given me 100mg off the bat, but I guess she knows best lol. I take it cycle days 5-9.
Wishing you all luck and baby dust and lots of BFPs!
Any tips, tricks, or experiences welcome!
