2 days late

My IUD came out a few weeks ago and now I’m late for my period. I had a lot of bleeding prior to the IUD come out with was normal and it only lasted 3 days .

I have normal cycles and always on time but this time it’s 2 days late which probably isn’t nothing . I’ve been having frequent bathroom visits and crazy dreams , tired most of the time but my test are negative. I did not track ovulation because I wasn’t trying .
