Stranger things

Hey guys so I know most people gonna say just go to the doctor but I’ve been working non stop and also afraid of bad news . Me and my boyfriend been trying for a baby since November I missed my period but it came a few days in December and now that it’s January it missed again but 16 days later after a missed period I’m bleeding light red not heavy or clotted like I normally start off I’m hoping it worked this time wish me luck should I wait to see if it’s implantation bleeding to take a test or what
